Botox® Cosmetic Benefit Card

Upon your first Botox treatment you will receive a $25.00 reward card toward the payment of your next Botox treatment when presented between 3 and 6 months from your last treatment.

Restylane® Rewards Program

You'll be rewarded with Restylane Rewards Benefit Checks of increasing value, after your first treatment and each of the next four treatments.  After your fifth treatment, you will be rewarded with a $200 treatment voucher towards your next Restylane treatment.
