Office of Faculty Affairs

The Office of Faculty Affairs is charged with providing support to all faculty members at the Medical College of Wisconsin with a constituency that includes all full-time (FT), full professional effort (FPE), part time, and volunteer clinical members.

John R. Raymond, Sr., MD has served as the Medical College of Wisconsin's president and chief executive officer since 2010.

The Office of Grants and Contracts (GCO) supports investigators and the MCW research community in submitting high quality, competitive and compliant research.

Dean and Executive Vice President

In addition to serving as Dean and Executive Vice President, Dr. Kerschner maintains an active clinical practice, and is recognized as a national expert in pediatric otolaryngology.

Healthier WI Partnership Program

The vision for the Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program is to improve the health of the people of Wisconsin through community-academic partnerships.

Senior Vice President & COO

G. Allen Bolton, Jr., has served as the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration, and Chief Operating Officer, since September, 2011.

Human Research Protection Program

The Human Research Protection Program has a primary mission to protect the rights, welfare and privacy of all individuals participating in research sponsored by MCW and Froedtert Hospital.

Ombuds Office

The Ombuds is a confidential, impartial, informal and neutral resource for Medical College of Wisconsin faculty, staff physicians, postdoctoral fellows and staff to voice concerns or seek guidance.

Human Resources

The Medical College of Wisconsin Human Resources focuses on attracting, recruiting, hiring and retaining quality staff.

eBridge Support

eBridge Support is a site containing announcements, training, and training resources to support your use of the eBridge system.

Information Services

Information Services provides a variety of services to campus users such as Internet service, network services, file services, backup services, e-mail services, financial applications, and data center services.

Research Systems Training

Training classes offered by Research Systems Training for both investigators and research staff.

Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC)

Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) has the responsibility to assure the safe use of recombinant DNA (rDNA) as outlined by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), to assure the safety of those working with rDNA and/or biological materials, and to limit the environmental impact of rDNA and biological agents utilized by investigators at the MCW.

MCW Libraries

The MCW Libraries provide access to information to empower the Medical College of Wisconsin's missions in the discovery of knowledge to improve health and advance science. We do this by linking to high quality information resources and supporting learning opportunities in order to position the MCW community to be leaders in their fields.

Office of Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs encompasses several student related divisions: Admissions, Academic Support Services, Curriculum, Educational Services, Multicultural Student Affairs, Registrar, Student Affairs, Student Financial Services, and Student Support Services.

Medical College of Wisconsin Patient Relations

Patient Relations provides a centralized and neutral mechanism for addressing patient concerns, complaints, and feedback, acts as a liaison between patients and health care providers, and provides financial assistance.

Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin

The Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program (HWPP) is a component of the Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin endowment fund at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Office of Strategic Outreach

Office of Strategic Outreach works to advance collaboration, coordination and cooperation and form mutually beneficial partnerships across institutions from diverse sectors, including academic, private industry, and health systems, to advance MCW’s mission.

Children's Specialty Group

Children's Specialty Group is the pediatric specialty group practice established as a joint venture between the Medical College of Wisconsin and Children's Hospital and Health System in July 2000.

Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI)

The Office of Clinical Informatics supports the information needs of the Medical College of Wisconsin's clinical practice.
