Primary Care Clinics

The Medical College of Wisconsin has more than 900 physicians on its faculty providing patient care through the College's physician group practice composed of: Medical College Physicians, which consists of physicians providing care in every specialty of medicine; and Children's Specialty Group, which is a joint venture of the Medical College of Wisconsin and Children's Hospital and Health System and consists of specialty physicians providing care to children.

Medical College physicians also teach, conduct research, and work with faculty scientists to develop new ways of preventing and treating diseases. Indeed, patients of Medical College physicians have access to some of the finest, most advanced care available.

Joint Froedtert Hospital and Medical College patient care activities are co-branded as Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin.  Froedtert & The Medical College primary care clinics are offered off-campus at these locations:

• Lincoln Avenue Clinic, 11211 W. Lincoln Ave., West Allis.
• North Hills Primary Care Clinic, Community Memorial Medical Commons, W129 N7055 Northfield Dr., Building A, Menomonee Falls.
• Plank Road Clinic in the Tosa Center Building, 1155 N. Mayfair Rd, Wauwatosa.
• Sargeant Internal Medicine Clinic, 840 N. 87 St., Milwaukee.
• Sunnyslope Primary Care Clinic, 1350 Sunnyslope Rd., Brookfield.
• Walk In Clinic in the Tosa Center Building, 1155 N. Mayfair Rd., Wauwatosa.

College physicians in Family and Community Medicine provide primary medical care at other locations:

• Columbia St. Mary's Family Health Center, 1121 E. North Ave., Milwaukee.
• Racine Family Medicine Center, 1320 Wisconsin Ave., Racine.
• Waukesha Family Medicine Center, 210 NW Barstow St., Waukesha.
• Wheaton Franciscan Glendale Family Care Center, 2400 W. Villard Ave., Milwaukee.

The Medical College is also collaborating with other community organizations to provide health care in medically underserved areas, including:
