Down Syndrome Clinic of Wisconsin staff is committed to improving the health and well-being of children and adults with Down syndrome and their families. We understand that well-being includes many complex issues and requires a comprehensive, multidisciplinary health care approach. We are connected with a statewide network of resources in conjunction with the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin.

Services for families:
The Down Syndrome Clinic of Wisconsin is a specialty clinic designed to support families and primary care physicians in making health care decisions affecting children or adult family members with Down syndrome.

Staff at the clinic can provide or help coordinate the following services:

• Family-centered care.
• Second opinions for medical care.
• Referrals to physicians and/or specialists.
• Referrals for additional educational, behavioral and psychological evaluations.
• Community outreach and education for families and individuals with Down syndrome.
  
  To make an appointment:
  Patients and families may refer themselves to the clinic, or they may be referred by their primary care physician or other health care specialist. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call (414) 266-6259.

  The Down Syndrome Clinic of Wisconsin is located on the second floor of Children's Hospital in Clinic E. Children's Hospital is on the campus of the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center.
