Dee Ramsel, Ph.D.
Dee Ramsel, Ph.D., MBA, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She attended Valparaiso University for her undergraduate training and then received her doctorate in clinical psychology in 1985 from the University of North Dakota. She earned her MBA from Marquette University in 1999.
Awards include: Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Mental Health and Behavioral Science’s Service Director’s Award and the Outstanding VA Administrator’s Award from the Public Service Division of the American Psychological Association.
Dr. Ramsel is the Director of Training at the Veteran's Health Administration's National Center for Organization Development (NCOD). She oversees the training and supervision for 9 psychology postdoctoral fellows in Organization Development and Consulting (the only OD psychology fellowship in the country), and 5 graduate psychology practicum students, as well as ensuring training for all NCOD staff.
Dr. Ramsel is the President of the Society of Psychologists in Management.
Her interests include organization development, executive coaching, and psychology postdoctoral training and supervision.
