Kimberly Stoner, M.D.
Kimberly Stoner, M.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine in the General Internal Medicine Division, Section of Perioperative Medicine and the Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Stoner is also course director for the Discovery Curriculum Foundational Capstone course for the second year medical students. Dr. Stoner earned her medical degree at Loyola University Chicago-Stritch School of Medicine. She completed an integrated residency in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Iowa Hospitals, and completed an Academic Fellowship in Primary Care Research at the Medical College of Wisconsin, earning an MS in epidemiology. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, General Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine. Dr. Stoner's interests include: post-operative delirium, somatoform disorders, and panic disorder.
