Dr. Kulwinder Dua to lead advanced endoscopy course in Ecuador
April 02, 2013 College News - Kulwinder Dua, MD, has been invited to be the Director of the Advanced Live G.I. Endoscopy course to be held at Corporacian Medica Monte Sinai Hospital, University of Cuenca, Ecuador, in April, 2013. This year’s course will be focus on lectures and live procedures on stenting the GI tract and will cover esophageal, biliary, enteral and colon stenting.
Monte Sinai Hospital, Ecuador recently signed an affiliation agreement with the Medical College of Wisconsin facilitated by the College’s Global Health Program. Dr. Dua is Professor of Medicine (Gastroenterology & Hepatology) and Director of the Advanced Endoscopy Training Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Section Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Clement J Zablocki VA Medical Center.
