Getting There Fair on Nov. 7 to offer info on alternative methods of transportation

Nov. 06, 2013 College News - The Milwaukee Regional Medical Center campus-wide Getting There Fair will be held at the Medical College on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Cafeteria lobby. The fair will provide information on a new Alternative Transportation program aimed at helping relieve congestion on the roads around campus. The program is a result of the transportation survey conducted this past summer.

Options available that will be discussed at the fair include:

  • Carpool
  • Park and ride shuttle service
  • Bike Buddy
  • Commuter Express Service
  • Milwaukee County Transit System

Also, as part of the program, emergency rides home will be made available for every option.
