Feb. 09, 2012 College News - Thomas Giever, DO, has been appointed Assistant Professor of Medicine (General Internal Medicine) at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He sees patients at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center.
Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Giever’s clinical interests include hematology and oncology.
Prior to joining the faculty, Dr. Giever served a residency in internal medicine through the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals.
Dr. Giever earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2008 along with a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Leadership from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Mo. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Portland in Portland, Ore.
