PCORI Chief Science Officer visits MCW/CHW
Oct. 03, 2013 College News - Bryan Luce, PhD, MBA, Chief Science Officer at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), will give two presentations on campus on Oct. 10-11. The series is hosted by the Clinical and Translational Science Institute of Southeast Wisconsin’s Community Engagement Key Function and Children’s Research Institute’s Center for Clinical Effectiveness Research and is open to the public.
On Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 4:00 pm, Dr. Luce will present a talk titled “PCORI – Mission, Research Activities”. This event will take place in the Health Research Center’s Auditorium in the Medical College of Wisconsin.
On Friday, October 11, 2013, at 12:00 noon, Dr. Luce will facilitate a discussion on PCORI and Pediatric Research as part of the CRI Noon Conference series, to be held in the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Auditorium. During this session, Dr. Luce invites attendees to share comparative effectiveness research questions that PCORI should consider for future funding announcements.
