Sept. 26, 2012 College News - The Department of Radiology’s Division of Vascular & Interventional Radiology was awarded the Magna Cum Laude for its electronic poster presentation, Percutaneous in Utero Thoracoamniotic Shunt Creation for Congenital Lung Malformations: A Novel Technique, presented at the 2012 Cardiovascular & Interventional Radiology Society of Europe (CIRSE) annual meeting in Lisbon, Portugal. The poster was a collaborative effort with the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology’s Maternal Fetal Medicine.
William S. Rilling, MD, Professor of Radiology & Surgery and Director of the Division of Vascular & Interventional Radiology; Sean M. Tutton MD, Professor of Radiology & Surgery; and Sarah B. White MD, Assistant Professor of Radiology, all presented original papers at the meeting.
Eric J. Hohenwalter MD, Associate Professor of Radiology and Surgery, presented the electronic poster, Quantitative Analysis of Hepatic Arterial Flow Following Conventional and Drug Eluting Bead Chemoembolization, at the sixth annual International Liver Cancer Association (ILCA) meeting in Berlin, Germany.
