June 14, 2012 College News - The Sam Memorial Golf Outing will be held Saturday, June16, at Scenic View Country Club, 4415 Club Drive in Slinger. Proceeds from the event will support leukemia and other cancer research being conducted by David A. Margolis, MD, Professor of Pediatrics (Hematology/Oncology).
The event begins at 1:30 p.m. with a shotgun start.
The event is held in memory of Sam, son of Cathy Bisswurm-Vogel, who lost his two-year battle with leukemia in April 2000, at the age of six.
