HWPP Provides Funds for Convenience Store Coolers in Lindsay Heights Neighborhood

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s “PolitiFact” explored access to healthy foods in Milwaukee’s Central City. The article notes that the City of Milwaukee Health Department, through grant funding from MCW’s Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program, has provided funds for produce coolers in several convenience stores in the Lindsay Heights neighborhood on Milwaukee’s north side.
