Dr. Duncan Comments on the Creation of Liver Buds from Stem Cells

Stephen Duncan, PhD, (Cell Biology, Neurobiology and Anatomy) provides expert comment in The Scientist on a report published in Nature that liver cells derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells and cultured with developmentally important progenitor cells self-organize into functional, three-dimensional liver buds.
