Dr. Gould Discusses Implications of Study on Weight Loss Surgery

In an article in Gastroenterology & Endoscopy News, Dr. Jon Gould (Surgery - General) identifies the implications for future care based on a Chilean research study that found that glycemic control may be a more significant predictor of successful weight loss than the presence or absence of type 2 diabetes in obese patients who receive a duodenal-jejunal bypass liner.
