Dr. Kulinski Co-Authors Study that Finds Long Periods of Inactivity Negates Benefits of Exercise

With colleagues at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dr. Jacquelyn Kulinski (Medicine-Cardiology) co-authored a study published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings that found that long periods of low activity may not only lower cardiorespiratory fitness, but even negate the benefits of a brief period of exercise.
