Dr. Rubin Discusses Risks of Frostbite in Subzero Weather

Dr. Jonathan Rubin (Emergency Medicine) tells the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that skin exposed to subzero wind chills in the minus-20s and below can lead to frostbite in less than 30 minutes.
