In a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article, Dr. Malgorzata Franczak (Neurology) notes that physical and cognitive help can delay the onset of Alzheimer’s disease. Froedtert & MCW partnered with the YMCA, the Interfaith Older Adult Program, Luther Manor, and the Cygnet Innovations Group, on developing an eight-week course to help elderly participants with mild cognitive impairment and early stage dementia.
