Michael McCrea, PhD, professor of neurosurgery and neurology and director of brain injury research, was involved in an assessment of commercially available computerized neurocognitive tests to evaluate concussion. He and fellow researchers concluded that a single test is generally not sufficient to evaluate traumatic brain injury, and further assessment is recommended for people with suspected concussion.
