Leadership transition: Frequently Asked Questions
Jan. 11, 2011 College News - Faculty members, staff and students throughout The Medical College of Wisconsin have raised a number of questions regarding the recent leadership change in the Dean’s Office. In response, the College has developed the following answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ).
As the College moves forward, Dr. John Raymond, Sr., MCW President and CEO, wishes to actively engage the College community in the planning process through thoughtful discussion.
“I am committed to the success and sustainability of our four missions and the many initiatives that are underway at the College,” Dr. Raymond said. “I am also committed to our core College values including human dignity, compassion, excellence in teaching, inclusiveness and service to our communities. I have seen these values reflected in the dedication and contributions of our employees.”
A new “Ask the President” site now appears on the homepage of InfoScope. All members of the College community are encouraged to pose questions; anonymity is guaranteed. Dr. Raymond will provide responses to those questions of interest to the larger College community by collating them into an on-line resource, the Leadership Transition FAQ, which will be updated regularly.
