Drs. Wang and Yen Elected to AAS Outcomes Research Committee
Drs. Tracy Wang and Tina Yen were recently elected to the Association for Academic Surgery (AAS) Outcomes Research Committee. This new 8-member committee will address issues related to developing the outcome research components of the AAS by increasing awareness of and providing educational opportunities in outcomes research. Dr. Wang received her MPH at the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. Dr. Yen received her MS in Epidemiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. The Association for Academic Surgery was founded in 1967 and is widely recognized as an inclusive surgical organization with over 2,500 member surgeons.
