Jill Whitehouse, MD, Receives Jessica S. Lin Award
Department of Surgery resident Jill Whitehouse, MD, has been named the second recipient of the Jessica S. Lin Award for Clinical Excellence by a Resident Physician. This award recognizes an individual entering the final year of residency training for his/her outstanding clinical and academic performance. It was established in memory of Dr. Jessica Lin, a highly regarded MCW Neurosurgery resident who died accidentally.
The award is presented by Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals, Inc. (MCWAH). Jill was awarded by surprise at the MCWAH Chief Resident Symposium on May 26, 2011.
