PEDIATRIC SURGERY FELLOWSHIP
The Pediatric Surgery Fellowship is a two-year clinical fellowship. The curriculum includes a structured didactic course to cover the basic science foundations and clinical practice of pediatric surgery. It covers theoretical and practical training in the comprehensive perioperative management of infants, children, and adolescents with problems managed in the practice of general and thoracic pediatric surgery. This encompasses newborn, congenital anomalies, pediatric trauma, surgical oncology, GI disease, and the entire spectrum of abdominal, non-cardiac thoracic, urologic, and other clinical problems that fall within the scope of practice in pediatric surgery in the United States.
