Conference/Teaching Schedule
Every Monday 6:45‑7:30 AM: 
Campbell’s Conference – Residents will discuss specific Campbell’s chapters in the Urology library
Every Wednesday 7:00-8:30 AM:
Pre-Op Conference. - All patients scheduled for surgery for the following week will be discussed (Monday-Friday). The resident(s) should be prepared to discuss each case, including all pre-op labs and x-rays
Every Thursday 6:30-8:00 AM:
Pediatric Pre-Op Conference located in the Pediatric Conference Room CC330
1st Thursday Each Month 4:30‑5:30 PM:
GU/Radiology Conference – Urology Library. This conference is combined radiology and urology staff. IVP's, ultrasound evaluations, and CT scans will be presented and discussed
2nd Thursday 6:30–7:30 AM:
Pediatric M&M Conference
3rd Thursday 6:30-8:00 AM:
Pediatric Journal Club
4th Thursday 4:30‑5:30 PM:
Adult M&M Conference (combined FMLH, VAMC). Whenever possible, the specific cases should be discussed by the resident who assisted at the time of the surgical procedure. If this is not possible, then the chief resident will be responsible for the details of the case. This meeting is held in the Urology Library. M&M cases need to be emailed to Tammy (both VA and FMLH)
4th Thursday 5:30–6:30 PM:
Journal Club - This conference is intended to deal with a critical evaluation of clinical and research studies. Discussion will include content, scientific method, and related articles. This meeting is held in the Urology Library. 
1st Friday 7:30–8:30 AM:
Grand Rounds are held on the 1st Friday of each month from Labor Day thru Memorial Day in the VA – Matousek Auditorium unless otherwise noted.
2nd Friday 7:30–8:30 AM:
Pathology Conference in the Surgical Pathology Sign-Out Room L68 or Pathology Conference Room L2-247
3rd Friday 7:00‑7:30 AM:
Resident – Program Director meeting. This meeting will be held third floor of the Cancer Center room: C3100
3rd Friday 7:30–8:30 AM:
GU Tumor Board-in conjunction with Hematology Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Pathology and Radiology. The junior residents are expected to prepare and present the cases at Tumor Board. Cases for Tumor Board MUST be turned into Tammy by the designated resident NO LATER than noon the Monday before Tumor Board. Conference held in Room C3100; Conference Room M in the Cancer Center
