Volunteer Emeritus status may be awarded to retired members of the Volunteer Faculty who have previously held the title Volunteer Professor. The awarding of this status shall be by recommendation of the Chair of the appointing Department, and by the Dean and approval by the Board of Trustees. The title will be granted only for outstanding and prolonged service to the College, not less than five years.
