Project Goal Statement: This project aims to develop a coalition of free and low cost clinics to understand and address the needs of the uninsured. The goal of the coalition is to learn as much as possible about those who lack sufficient financial resources to qualify for any kind of insurance, but yet choose to electively and non-emergently access safety net health care providers.
