Biography

Zeno Franco holds a PhD in clinical psychology, with an emphasis in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder treatment and trauma. He is the Principal Investigator for a 5-year Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program funded impact project, “DryHootch iPeer: A Social & Technology Support Program for Veteran Mental Health”, and is the Principal Investigator for a CTSI Pilot and Collaborative Clinical & Translational Research Grant funded project focused on detecting high risk behavior in veterans. He also serves as the faculty coordinator for the DryHootch Community-Academic Partnership for Veteran Health. In addition to his work with veterans, Dr. Franco is PI of the “Los Cuidadores Unidos” project at the United Community Center (HWPP funded) and is a member of the Community Research Council at the Walnut Way Conservation Corps. Dr. Franco research focuses community mental health, community resilience and disaster response, social psychology, and technology.
