Medical College of Wisconsin-Led Project to Address Opioid Use Disorder Earns Funding from Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

Dec. 6 – Thanks to support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Clinical Scholars Award, an interdisciplinary team of faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is working with community partners in Milwaukee to prevent opioid use disorder (OUD) among U.S. military veterans.

MCW Researchers Receive Grant to Promote HIV Prevention in Racial Minorities

Dec. 5 - Jeffrey A. Kelly, PhD and Yuri A. Amirkhanian, PhD, both professors of psychiatry and behavioral medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), were awarded a five-year, $3.4 million grant from the National Institutes of Health's National Institute of Nursing Research.

Potential New Psoriasis Treatment Technology Reported by Medical College of Wisconsin Scientists

Nov. 28 – Scientists at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), in collaboration with the Department of Dermatology at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine and several other institutions, recently reported the development of a potential new treatment for psoriasis and other inflammatory diseases.
