Have a concern? Here's the process.

If you have an issue, the first step is to speak to your caregivers or the manager to resolve the concern as quickly as possible. Afterwards, if you still feel the problem is unresolved, contact our Patient Relations office. If it’s a compliment, story, suggestion, or other idea you’re looking to share, feel free to reach out about that, too. Patient Relations is here to help:
  • A representative will document the complaint.
  • Details will be shared with all parties involved.
  • Clinical leadership will review the complaint and assist with the resolution.
  • After the review is completed, MCW will initiate any necessary process adjustments or improvements.
