Mission Statement

MCW Patient Relations will work to facilitate effective communication between our patients, doctors, staff and clinics. We assist our patients with navigating our system and maintaining productive relationships with their health care providers. Answering questions, addressing concerns and sharing resources are some of the services that we offer our patients.


If at any time you are not comfortable with the care being provided please speak with your caregivers or the manager to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your concern remains unresolved please reach out to our Patient Relations office. We will do our best to assist you with resolution promptly.

Compliments are always welcome in our offices and will be shared with the appropriate staff immediately.

There are several ways to communicate with the MCW Patient Relations offices. Email, telephone or fill out the online form with your information. We will reach out to you promptly to discuss your communication.

Concern Process

  • A representative will document the complaint in our database.
  • Details of the complaint will be shared with all parties involved.
  • Clinical leadership will receive the complaint and are asked to assist with the resolution.
  • After the review is completed the clinic will initiate any necessary process adjustments or improvements.
