Biography

Ashley Mulvey, PharmD, BCCCP, joined MCW Pharmacy School as an assistant professor in July of 2018. She concurrently works at Froedtert – Community Memorial Hospital as a critical care pharmacist managing the ICU and Emergency Department. Prior to working at CMH, Dr. Mulvey worked and completed a PGY-2 in critical care at Regions in St. Paul, Minnesota spending time various units including, SICU, MICU, neuro ICU, burn unit, and emergency department. Dr. Mulvey obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University School of Pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska. She became Board Certified in Critical Care Pharmacotherapy in 2018.

  • Pain, Agitation and Sedation in the critically ill
  • Anticoagulation reversal in the critically ill
  • Neurocritical Care topics

My goal is to not only help foster clinically competent pharmacists, but also pharmacists that are an integral and indispensable part to any health care team. I want to prepare future pharmacists to be able to bring a wealth of knowledge to ultimately improve outcomes, both acute and long term
