Jason Domagalski, MD, FAAFP
Program Director and Assistant Professor
Jason E. Domagalski, MD, joined the Medical College of Wisconsin to serve as the founding Program Director of the new Community Memorial Family Medicine Residency after successfully assisting in the development of a new Family Medicine residency in California and several years of service as a physician in the United States Army.
Dr. Domagalski has served as a faculty member and instructor at a variety of military and public hospitals, including serving as an Associate Program Director for the University of California-Riverside, as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland, as a faculty member in the Family Medicine Residency Programs at both Martin Army Community Hospital at Fort Benning in Georgia as well as Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington, and as a clinical instructor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
He is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine, a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a member of the American Association for Primary Care Endoscopy and a member of the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians.
