Biography

Justin M. Graff, PharmD, BCOP joined the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in January 2017 as a Clinical Assistant Professor. He is currently a Clinical Pharmacist at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin who specializes in Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant pharmacy. Dr. Graff received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in May 2013. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Ascension (formerly Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare) St. Joseph Campus in Milwaukee, WI in June 2014. Upon completion of his PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency, Dr. Graff received a teaching certificate from Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy.

  • Antimicrobial stewardship in the oncology/bone marrow transplant setting
  • Optimizing prevention and treatment of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting
  • Management of acute and chronic graft versus host disease
  • Optimizing blood pressure control post-bone marrow transplantation

One of the most important tenets of education is relatability. I believe that the impact we make on pharmacy students stems from providing information at a level that matches their current experiences. My goal is to provide an appreciation of pediatric pharmacy by stretching the limits of critical thinking to care for our pediatric patients
