Biography

Rosamaria is an experienced health administration leader with over 17 years of service in community health programming in diverse capacities. She presently serves as Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Director for the Milwaukee Health Department (MHD). In her role as MCH Director, she provides leadership, direction and planning for programs in the Community Health branch. Prior to MHD, she served as Vice President of Community Health Initiatives and Women Infants and Children (WIC) Director at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers. Rosamaria holds a master's degree in Business Administration and bachelor's degree in Dietetics. She currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Harbor District and as a member of the Board of Visitors for the University of WI- Extension. In her free time she loves to go for walks, enjoy music, travel, and spend time with family. Rosamaria is fluent in Spanish and grew up in the community she loves and serves.
