Scott Kunkel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh in 2006 and his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. Following graduation, Dr. Kunkel was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and completed a Transitional Internship at the National Capital Consortium in Bethesda, Maryland. He then went on and completed training as a Naval Flight Surgeon, and completed a tour of duty serving with the United States Marines. In 2015, Dr. Kunkel left active duty military service to complete residency training in Emergency Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he served as a Chief Resident in his senior year. Dr. Kunkel is currently the MCW EMS Fellow and also serves as a Clinical Instructor in Emergency Medicine.
