Biography

Juliana Perez Botero, MD, is an Associate Medical Director at Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Medical College of Wisconsin. She was born in Bogota, Colombia, South America, where she attended medical school at Universidad de los Andes. Dr. Perez Botero completed her training in Internal Medicine and Hematology and Oncology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, in 2014 and 2017, respectively. She specializes in non-malignant hematologic disorders, including inherited and acquired bleeding and clotting disorders with a special focus on phenotyope-genotype correlation in patients with familial platelet disorders.
