2022 Benefits Open Enrollment October 18 – October 29

This year, our Open Enrollment video (approx. 10 minutes) focuses on exciting enhancements, which were made in response to employee engagement survey suggestions and comprehensive market reviews.  In the video we highlight:

  • Health – In-Network Total Out of Pocket reduction; addition of inclusive Fertility Assistance coverage
  • Dental – Child Orthodontia maximum increase (Enhanced Plan only); increase of limiting age for sealants (Basic & Enhanced Plans)
  • Flexible Spending – Important reminders
  • Voluntary Life – Modest premium increase
  • Long-Term Disability (LTD) – Monthly maximum benefit increase for Exempt and Non-Exempt; modest premium increase for Voluntary LTD Buy-Up Plan (only available for Faculty, Staff Physicians & Instructors)
  • Adoption Assistance – New benefit of up to $7,500 for a single adoption event (limited to 2 adoptions per eligible employee)
  • Back-Up Care & Family Support – Opportunity to exchange Back-Up Care Days for Virtual Tutoring ($15 copay per 4 hours utilized)
  • Wellness – Fitness Reimbursement – Increase in annual reimbursement maximum to $300
  • Bereavement – Increase in days for Spouses and Children; expansion of eligible family members
