I grew up in Onalaska, WI, which is located on the western edge of the state near the Minnesota border. I am an active Wisconsin Badgers football fan, and seeing a game at Camp Randall cannot be beat! One of my favorite things about Wisconsin is spending a weekend in Door County during the fall. The colors of the trees are amazing, the apple orchards and pumpkin farms are numerous, and it’s a bit quieter than during the busy summer months. Locally, I love spending time down at the lake front as well as eating at the many amazing local restaurants Milwaukee has to offer.

I completed medical school at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. My internal medicine residency and geriatrics fellowship were both completed at MCW. I then joined the faculty at MCW and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. My clinical focus consists of primary care as well as neurocognitive disorders. I am also the course director for the internal medicine residency program’s outpatient based Ambulatory Medicine rotation. My academic interests include outpatient geriatrics, memory disorders, and care transitions.
