Edward Randerson, MD Named Ophthalmology Residency Associate Program Director

Edward Randerson, MDWe are thrilled to announce that Dr. Edward Randerson has been named our new Associate Program Director starting July 1, 2023.

Dr. Randerson has a strong commitment to education and has been an active member of our team since he was a medical student, a resident, and now a faculty member at MCW. In this new leadership role, he will work closely with Dr. Andrea Stahulak, Residency Program Director, to ensure that the program continues to provide outstanding training opportunities for our residents.

Dr. Randerson currently serves as Assistant Professor at MCW. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and his medical doctorate from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his transitional year internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee followed by ophthalmology residency at the Froedtert and Medical College of Wisconsin Eye Institute. He completed a fellowship in uveitis and ocular immunology at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago before returning to MCW as a faculty member in 2022.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Neda Esmaili for her invaluable contributions as our Associate Program Director over the past five years. We are grateful for her service and dedication to our program.
