Dr. Mac Longo to Co-Chair International Cancer Expert Corps Young Investigators' Conference

Mac Longo, MD, assistant professor of radiation oncology, is co-chairing the International Cancer Expert Corps Young Investigators' Conference, Pioneering Action for Global Cancer Care, on Feb. 14-15, at the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine in Washington, D.C.

The 2019 conference brings together young healthcare professionals and global oncology leaders and will provide an opportunity for young cancer professionals from diverse regions to share and discuss the unique opportunities and challenges that they encounter at their home institutions and practices as well as abroad.

The second day will focus on successfully incorporating global oncology into your career with perspectives from residents and early career radiation oncologists and senior mentors and chairs. There is an opportunity for attendees to present abstracts as well.
