The Kern Institute is currently recruiting faculty, APP, post doc, resident, fellow, staff and student applicants for our KINETIC3 teaching academy!  Applications are open through March 31, 2023. This program takes teaching faculty and trainees through a transformative curriculum grounded in character, caring, and competence in medical education. We offer two distinct tracks:  Excellence in Teaching Track (1-year program) and Medical Education Researcher Track (2-year program). We are recruiting for our 2023 EiT cohort and will recruit for the MER track in spring 2024. We encourage any teachers and aspiring educators to consider this development program.  We strive to have a diverse group of learners with representation from all our MCW departments, schools, and campuses. These programs are very high yield and will prepare participants to engage in scholarship a variety of types!  Additional information on the program can be found on our website. We expect selected participants to be notified by May 2023 with orientation beginning in July 2023.
