Seahorse XF and PER Masterclass

XF Proton Efflux Rate: an essential quantitative parameter of glycolytic function Part 2: How to calculate buffer factor and analyze/interpret PER data.

As Seahorse XF evolves as a technology, we have implemented better techniques, reagents, and resources to help make running any XF assay as easy as possible.
One change that we have recently implemented is one that impacts every XF user. This is the use of Proton Efflux Rate (PER) instead of ECAR as a quantitative metric of glycolytic acidification.

We would like to demystify PER as a parameter of glycolytic function and help you understand why it’s the best way to represent any glycolytic flux data.
Please join us for a two-day masterclass, as we walk you through how PER is calculated and what you need to know to represent your glycolytic data accurately for publication.

Please register no later than 5 pm on Monday, April 26.
