Biography

I completed my residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Puerto Rico, School of Medicine. I went on to complete my Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Now I’m an assistant professor of Medicine at MCW. Working in an academic environment gives the opportunity to teach, but also to continue learning. The team I work with includes multiple specialists, which translates into a better care for our patients; which is the main reason we are in the medical field.
