Biography
Dr. Gregory J. Griepentrog is a fellowship-trained, board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in oculoplastic and orbital surgery. This area includes medically necessary eyelid and eyebrow surgery, orbital and tear drain surgery, reconstruction after skin cancer removal, and thyroid eye disease. Dr. Griepentrog is a Milwaukee native and completed his medical degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and ophthalmology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He served as a faculty member at the Mayo Clinic before returning to the University of Wisconsin-Madison to complete a two-year fellowship sponsored by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS).
