My goal as a urologic/genitourinary anatomic pathologist is to provide the best possible patient care using up-to-date practices and knowledge in urologic surgical pathology. I also contribute to the literature in my subspecialty through research which is mostly in prostate pathology.

Dr. Iczkowski is the urologic (GU) pathologist for Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin; he also covers some general surgical pathology and heart biopsy specimens. He has ongoing research in prostate pathology and teaches residents and students. Dr. Iczkowski is the President-Elect of the International Society of Urologic Pathology (term 2019-2021) and is co-chairman of the Prostate Cancer Grading Conference, Nice, France, Sept. 12, 2019
