Being critically ill in the ICU can be a scary time for patients and their families. I encourage a multidisciplinary approach to care, including a collaborative effort with nursing, social work, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy to ensure that patients are receiving the most comprehensive care I have to offer them. I treat all patients and their families the way I hope someone would treat my family or me. I believe it is a privilege to care for people during the difficult times of their lives and truly enjoy practicing critical care and emergency medicine.

I completed my residency in emergency medicine at Wayne States University, Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, MI and my critical care fellowship at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. I practice in both the Emergency Division and the Medical Intensive Care Unit which provides me a unique perspective on caring for patients. As an assistant professor, I have the opportunity to work and train medical students, residents, and fellows in order to share my experiences and knowledge with future physicians.
Being new to the area, I am looking forward to exploring what southeast Wisconsin has to offer.
