I bring my expertise in the management of Advanced Heart Failure patients.  I am trained to identify Advanced Heart Failure patients who will benefit from heart transplant or left ventricular assist device such as Heart Mate 2 or Heart Ware.  I am an expert in managing complex Heart Failure patients in cardiogenic shock, pulmonary HTN, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and complex/mixed valvular disease.

My research interests include use of cardiac biomarkers such as NT-proBNP and highly sensitive troponins in the risk stratification and management of heart failure.  I also have special interested in left main coronary spasm.
