I provide collaborative care with patients and families, identifying factors impeding sport performance and/or injury recovery, and work to educate patients on strategies to enhance performance and recovery. In addition, student athletes experience varying challenges/stressors that may impact mental health and utilize cognitive-behavioral strategies to address mental health concerns.
