2019 President’s Community Engagement Award: Call for Nominations

The President’s Community Engagement Award recognizes the exemplary community-academic partnerships, community-engaged research or community outreach activities of faculty, staff, students and/or community partners of the Medical College of Wisconsin.

The Medical College of Wisconsin Office of the Associate Provost & Senior Associate Dean for Community Engagement is pleased to announce a call for nominations for the 2019 President’s Community Engagement Award. Nominations will be accepted through February 15, 2019. The President’s Community Engagement Award recognizes the exemplary community-academic partnerships, community-engaged research or community outreach activities of faculty, staff, students and/or community partners of the Medical College of Wisconsin.

This year we are pleased to introduce an easier, more streamlined nomination process. Complete details and eligibility requirements are available on our website President’s Community Engagement Award. Please note that all awardees must be available to attend the President’s Community Engagement Award Luncheon from 11:30 am-1:00 pm on Friday, May 3, 2019. The luncheon will be held at the main campus of the Medical College of Wisconsin in conjunction with the Community Engagement Spring Conference (awardees are welcome but not required to participate in the conference proceedings before the luncheon). Awardees will be recognized for their achievements and each will receive a plaque and a $2,000 monetary award.
