Project Goal Statement: This project aims to plan the development of an integrated database for identifying and tracking children with developmental delays or disabilities birth to 3 years of age in Milwaukee County.  This system will facilitate cooperation and data sharing among the partners and will be used to support agencies providing services to these children.
