Systematic Reviews

MCW Librarians can help you with more in-depth research projects like a systematic review or meta-analysis, or guidelines. These projects require an exhaustive search of the literature, something that librarians are experts in. Our services include:

  • identifying appropriate resources to search
  • crafting expert searches
  • utilizing advanced search techniques and controlled vocabulary terms that are unique to each resource
  • deduplicating and storing results in a citation manager

This service is only available for MCW, Children's Wisconsin or Froedtert Health affiliated users.
